Institute of Biology prepared "Lizdole Lake management plan"

Within the framework of the project “Development of Lizdole Lake Management Plan”, Lizdole Lake management plan have been prepared. Lake Lizdole management plan and operating regulations have been developed on the basis of the Latvian Environmental Protection Fund funded project “Development of Lake Lizdole Management Plan”, the short-term goal of which is to develop a management plan for Lake Lizdole. the aim is to carry out sustainable development of the public lake and its shore based on the activities specified in the management plan.

The Lizdole Lake operation regulations and the lake management plan were developed by the Hydrobiology Laboratory of the Institute of Biology of the University of Latvia.
