Registration certificate No.373. The certificate was registered and issued by the State Plant Protection Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Latvia on November 24, 2009. In cooperation with the Plant Genetics Laboratory of the Institute of Biology of the University of Latvia and the State Stende Cereal Breeding Institute, using plant biotechnology - double haploid method, a new summer barley variety “AUSTRIS” has been selected and registered in Latvia. Authors: Sofija Kaliņina, Dace Grauda, ​​acad. Isaac Rašals, Māra Bleidere, Ilze Grunte, Solveiga Maļecka.

Registration certificate no. 410. The certificate was registered and issued by the State Plant Protection Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Latvia on 12 May 2011.
